   • Cables and Wires: Check for aging, damage, or poor contact in cables, ensuring proper insulation of electrical circuits.
   • Limit and Safety Devices: Check that the lifting and running limit switches are functioning correctly to prevent over-limit operation.

3. Lubrication and Anti-corrosion

   • Lubrication System: Add or replace lubricants for each transmission part (such as gears, bearings, and wire ropes) at the prescribed intervals to reduce wear.
   • Anti-corrosion Treatment: Regularly inspect the surface paint of the equipment to prevent rust. For cranes operating in high humidity or corrosive environments, strengthen the anti-corrosion coating.

4. Track and Running Mechanism Maintenance

   • Track Inspection: Check the track for deformation, cracks, or wear, and keep the track surface clean for smooth operation.
   • Wheel Inspection: Check for wear or cracks in the wheel tread, ensuring good contact between the wheel and the track.

5. Regular Inspections and Professional Maintenance

   • Regularly conduct a comprehensive inspection of the crane to meet safety standards.
   • Perform a load test on the crane once a year to ensure the equipment meets rated load capacity.
   • Any faults found should be repaired promptly, and operating with faults should be strictly prohibited.
